TERMS & CONDITIONS — VESSEL
Last Updated: September 28, 2026

1. Agreement, Definitions & Scope

Parties: This Program Terms and Conditions agreement ("Terms" or "Agreement") is between Body Alchemy ("Provider," "Company," "we," "us") and any individual enrolling in, purchasing, or participating in VESSEL (referred to interchangeably as "Participant," "Client," "Purchaser," "you," or "your").

Binding Agreement: By purchasing enrollment, checking an agreement box, or accessing the "VESSEL" container, you enter into a legally binding contract. Payment or registration serves as an electronic signature under E-SIGN and UETA laws.

Supplemental Terms: Checkout terms via ThriveCart, Stripe, or HoneyBook supplement and override these general terms if a direct conflict arises.

Modifications to Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time for site visitors or future cohorts. However, the specific version of the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of your checkout will remain binding on you and govern your participation for the full duration of your active VESSEL container (November 8, 2026 – January 17, 2027).

2. Program Deliverables & Scheduling

Program Container: VESSEL spans 11 weeks from November 8, 2026 through January 17, 2027, featuring 10 weekly live group calls, access to a private Telegram community thread, and downloadable integration tools.

Group Calls: All 10 live weekly group sessions will be scheduled and shared with participants via AddEvent, taking a one-week break in calls after Christmas.

1:1 Sessions: As part of your VESSEL enrollment, you receive two (2) private 60-minute 1:1 sessions with Jordan. These sessions are to be scheduled directly by the participant. If you pay-in-full you will receive in additional 1:1 call bringing your total to (3) 1:1 calls.

Scheduling & Expiration: You must schedule your 1:1 sessions using the scheduling link shared during the active container period. Unused 1:1 sessions expire when the VESSEL container closes on January 17, 2027, and cannot be rolled over, refunded, or redeemed.

3. Payments, Payment Plans, & Failed Payments

Full Investment Obligation: A payment plan spreads out your cost; it is not a subscription, trial, or pay-as-you-go membership. You are purchasing the entire VESSEL container, and the full investment is owed upon enrollment.

Autopay: Installments are interest-free and automatically charged on the same recurring monthly date. You must keep valid payment details on file.

No Cancellations or Refunds: Payment plans cannot be paused, reduced, or cancelled. All payments, deposits, and installments are 100% final and non-refundable. Leaving the program early or missing calls does not reduce or eliminate your financial balance.

Failed Payments & Access Suspension: Our payment systems retry failed charges automatically. If an installment remains unpaid after 7 days, your access to live Zoom calls, member portal replays, and the private Telegram community will be suspended until your account is brought current.

Acceleration of Balance: If an account remains unpaid 7 days after written email notice, installment privileges are revoked, and your full remaining balance becomes due immediately. For repeat payment failures, we reserve the right to accelerate the balance immediately without notice.

Collections & Chargebacks: You agree not to file credit card chargebacks or disputes. Unpaid overdue balances may be referred to debt collection agencies or small claims courts, and you agree to cover all associated collection, court, and legal fees.

Financial Hardship: If you face unexpected financial hardship during the container, email [email protected] as early as possible to discuss arrangements in good faith. Any plan adjustments must be agreed upon in writing.

4. Medical Disclaimer & Emergency Notice

Not Healthcare: VESSEL is an educational, somatic, and self-growth container. The Provider and facilitators are not licensed physicians, psychiatrists, psychotherapists, registered dietitians, or mental health counselors.
